What is an “Ownership R.V. Park”?: The Panguitch Lake Resort is an “Ownership R.V. Resort Park” where you purchase your own lot with a fee simple deed.

What is the Advantage of an “Ownership R.V. Park” purchase compared to a “Time-Share or Membership Organization”?: With a time-share or membership organization vacation lot, cabin, or condo, you do not have the flexibility to utilize your lot, cabin, or condo whenever you desire. When you buy an R.V. Lot or Cabin at the Panguitch Lake Resort you are purchasing Lakeside Real Estate at a reasonable rate which may appreciate in value!

Can I Rent my R.V. Lot or Cabin when I am not using it?: The Panguitch Lake R.V. Resort does not directly rent Lots or Cabins to the general public, but when you purchase a Lot or Cabin at the Panguitch Lake Resort you can generate additional income with the rental of your Lot or Cabin through the Resort Property Manager. Remember, this is your property in fee simple to rent or sell as you choose.

What Sports and Attractions Can I Enjoy at the Panguitch Lake Resort?: In addition to the numerous amenities offered by this Resort, this region is a Sportsman’s paradise for Fishing, Hunting, ATV, Hiking, and Horseback Riding Trails. In the Winter, Ice Fishing and Snowmobile Trails are available, and the Brian Head Ski Resort is only 14 miles away from the Panguitch Lake Resort! The Resort also has many U.S. and Utah State Parks within a short drive, such as the nearby attractions of Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon.

What are the Prices for Lots in the Panguitch Lake Resort?: Lots in Phase I of the Panguitch Lake Resort sell in the price range of $90,000 to $115,000 depending on Lot size and location. The majority of the Lots in this first phase of the development are Standard 30’ x 60’ Lots. All Lots and Cabins are equipped with 100 AMP Power, Water, and Sewer connections in the development. Wireless Internet, Satellite TV, and Telephone service will be available. Garbage Collection, Landscaping, and Maintenance of the Common Areas and Amenities will be provided via the Panguitch Lake Home Owners Association. Home Owners Association fees will not be applied until the completion of the Community Recreation Center, Aquatics Center, and utilities infrastructure for Phase I and II of this project have been completed. A U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (H.U.D.) Project Report will be filed with the federal government (copy supplied to lot purchasers at C.O.E.), and Surety Bond will be posted with Garfield County, Utah, to insure Lot purchasers that the power utilities, water, sewer, and streets infrastructure for this project will be completed.
